USA Today asked business leaders what managerial skills were the most essential for succeeding in the New Economy. Ranked first (76 %) was
the ability to develop and implement business strategy.
Based on a recent study, both Strategy and Human Resource Management were identified as the most important skills
for a CEO to possess. This is what Walton Consulting is all about, specifically addressing these two areas by walking alongside
the company leader in a coaching and advising role to grow a healthy company.
Regarding our brand, Walton Consulting was founded in 2001 by David Walton Olson. Walton is from an old family name traced back
to Cambridge England in the 13th Century. It is a name rich in tradition, from the signing of the Declaration of Independence to
business giant Sam Walton. It’s our hope to communicate and deliver an image of integrity, stability, values, and leadership.
